Our job at All Active is to keep you training and achieving your goals and also enjoying yourself while doing it and learning about your health and fitness, whether you’re an active gym user or a gym phobic we cater for all  needs and health issues.

Unlike most other gyms here at All Active we are with you every step of the way from a full free consultation/health assessment to taking you through your first personal gym programme that is tailored to your specific health goals.

We also are here on hand all the time if you need help with your exercises or any nutritional support. Every 15 sessions you come we will then change your programme/re access you as it is important to keep adapting as your fitness and health improves so we will spend another hour with you going though a new programme so we can help you breakthrough any plateau you may have reached, thus keeping you achieving month in month out.
